Do you service my area?

We perform home cleaning services in London and surrounding area.

What is included in a cleaning?

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
  • Clean all floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and recycling

Bathrooms
  • Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub, and sink
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
  • Clean all floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and recycling

Kitchen
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes
  • Wipe down exterior of stove, oven and fridge
  • Clean all floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and recycling

Extras (upon request)

For a deeper clean, consider adding one or more cleaning extras.

The following services are not currently offered:

Exterior window cleaning, Deep stain removal, Infestation, Mold removal, Insect removal.

How much will it cost?

All of our costs are visible on the homepage and booking form (including HST) unless you have any extras/add-ons that require cleaning. We price competitively within the cleaning industry and strongly believe that our convenience paired with quality cleaning services sets us apart from the rest.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We supply absolutely everything for your convenience. Our home cleaning professionals use only the highest quality products and the best equipment possible to ensure everything is done properly.

The only event of which we may not provide products, is if a customer has special requests and wants us to use something they provide.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! We love going above and beyond, and therefore we included a “special comments section” within our booking form so that you can request any additional services necessary.

This may be subject to extra costs if it includes carpet cleaning, or any of the extras listed on the booking form.

What is included in a standard cleaning versus a deep cleaning?

Bathroom Cleaning
  • Showers cleaned and disinfected DEEP CLEAN: Shower door given extra attention
  • Tile walls cleaned and disinfected DEEP CLEAN: Tile grout scrubbed
  • Baseboards wiped or dusted DEEP CLEAN: Clean doors/frames for fingerprints
  • Trash removed DEEP CLEAN: Wastebaskets sanitized
  • General dusting DEEP CLEAN: Individual knickknacks cleaned
  • Toilets cleaned and disinfected, including the base and behind the toilet
  • Vanity and sink cleaned
  • Floors washed and disinfected, carpets and rugs vacuumed
  • Mirrors and fixtures cleaned and shined
  • Mildew chemically treated
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Towels changed

How do I log in to my account?

Click the button in our header titled “LOGIN” and enter your credentials. Upon booking with us, you’ll have created an account  – if not, click the sign-up button and enter your information. You may manage your bookings from this page.

How do I book my first appointment?

With our convenient booking system, you can book your first appointment within 60 seconds! Just visit https://maidcheer.ca/booking-page/ tell us a little about your home, enter your preferred payment method, and voila!

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes!

Each and every cleaning professional that we hire is experienced and professional, background and reference checked (police checks included), interviewed in-person, and highly rated/reviewed by other customers.

We believe that your trust and security come first and therefore we hold our cleaning professionals to the highest standards.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

All of our home cleaning professionals are insured and trained to deal with any issues that may arise. We believe in constant communication which ensures that if anything were to happen, we would immediately see to it that any issues are dealt with.

At MAIDCheer, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances occur and we proactively plan for anything that may potentially go wrong.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes! We use an SSL (online security technology) that ensures our website will never be compromised in any way.

Then, any billing information we keep is stored in a secured database that also will not be compromised in any way.

Your privacy and security are our #1 priority.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Absolutely.

At MAIDCheer, we do reference checks, police checks, and extensive background checks on all of our home cleaning professionals.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We wouldn’t give a 200% satisfaction guarantee if we didn’t think you were going to love our service. We’re so confident you’ll love our cleaning services we’re putting our money where our mouth is.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our service, MAIDCheer will come back and get anything we missed. If you’re still not happy we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

That’s how confident we are you’ll love us enough to recommend us to all your friends.

What’s the Catch?

There’s no catch, we stick by our guarantee and want to make you happy no matter what the cost.

The only thing we ask is, you tell us right away when something was missed.

All re-cleanings and refunds need to happen within 5 days of the original service. We appreciate the chance to make things right if we miss anything. Per our policy, we can’t issue any refunds without doing a re-cleaning first.

In addition, we won’t be able to offer a refund or a re-cleaning if you try and hire our teams independently of Maid Cheer, if you are offensive or abusive to our teams, or you didn’t have running water or power during the time of the initial cleaning.

Our goal is to be the best cleaning company in the valley and we can’t do that without your feedback! Make sure we know as soon as you do when something was missed so we can make it right!

What is your refund policy?

We’re not satisfied until you are!

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window).

If, and only after our re-clean is completed – you’re still not happy with our service, we offer a full refund.
